As Chicago native and local agent, I take great pride in contributing to my community in a positive way. With over 13 years as a REALTOR®, I have the expertise you need. My primary concentrations include investment and REO properties. I also have a great deal of experience in rehab candidates which has has helped me to accurately advise my clients and help them envision the potential that a property has. I love real estate because it allows me to strenghthen neighborhood ties through pride of ownership and growth of local business.
After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in psychology (Go Illini!), I always knew I wanted to work in an industry where I could not only help others, but truly understand their needs and connect with them on a personal level. Working in the real estate industry has fulfilled that goal. I was fortunate enough to join the Rozar Realty team in 2012 and quickly learned we are more than team, we are a family, and treat every client as such. As a lifelong student and traveler at heart, I love exploring the dynamic neighborhoods throughout Chicago and the suburbs. My experiences have become an invaluable resource, both for my knowledge of local markets and for my ability to work with any buyer, seller, or renter.
